REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - BID INVITATION - Scopes Requested: Demolition, Casework, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Mechanical, Plumbing, & Electrical
The project is an equipment replacement of the existing Class II IR Lab #5 and Control Room on the 3rd floor of the hospital's main campus Bayshore Pavilion. The project includes limited finish upgrades, and associated mechanical and electrical work. The project will be constructed in one (1) phase and is AHCA reviewable. The anticipated start date is the first week in March.
Diversity firms are encouraged to participate at any tier level (subcontractor, material suppliers at any level). If you are a certified diversity firm please indicate such on your proposals. In addition, if you have any other diversity participation please indicate the amount of participation in your quotes.
BID PHASE REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI):
All bid phase RFIs are required to be submitted to email@example.com not later than 2:00 2/3/23
The owner will schedule a pre-bid walkthrough at the project location for the week of January 23rd. Details will be forwarded upon receipt.
