We are seeking quotes for the following services:

Bridge construction trades include rodbusting, grooving, planning, testing, and slipform barrier wall.

Additionally, we seek road construction trades. Traffic control, litter removal and mowing, group pipe installation, subsurface pressure grouting, soil stabilization, milling, guardrail, striping, and signage

Bond is required for scopes with a larger budget

Insurance requirements:

Statutory Workers’ Compensation

Both Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability coverage is required at the statutory limits of $500,000 each accident, $500,000 Disease/Policy limit, and $500,000 Disease each employee. Subcontractor shall provide a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Contractor.

Comprehensive General Liability

Comprehensive General Liability Insurance shall be written for limits of not less than $2,000,000 General Aggregate (Including A Per Project Aggregate), $2,000,000 Products and Complete Operations Aggregate, $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury, $1,000,000 Each Occurrence. This Insurance shall include Contractual Liability Coverage and Coverage for XCU Exposures where such exposures are present. Coverage shall be maintained without interruption from the date of commencement until the date of final payment. (CONTRACTOR must be named as additional insured including Products and Completed Operations on Form CG 2010 (11/85) or equivalent on a primary and non-contributory basis on the Comprehensive General Liability Policy.) SUBCONTRACTOR shall maintain coverage five (5) years after final payment. SUBCONTRACTOR shall furnish CONTRACTOR evidence of continuation of such insurance at final payment and three (5) years thereafter.

Automobile Liability

SUBCONTRACTOR shall secure and maintain during the term of this Subcontract insurance of all vehicles against Bodily Injury and Property Damage in amounts of at least $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit or the equivalent split limit. (CONTRACTOR must be named as an additional insured on the Automobile Liability Policy).

d) Excess umbrella Liability

$1,000,000 Aggregate
