There is no fee to download documents.

All questions, either administrative or technical, shall be submitted via email to Tina Walters at twalters@wheaton.il.us no later than August 22, 2022, at 1:00 pm (CST). Questions will be answered via a written addendum and published on the City’s website.

Submittals shall be received no later than August 29, 2022, at 1:00 pm (CST). Late submissions will not be accepted.
