The City of Peoria's Peoria Equity Accountability Program (PeAP) is open to minority- and woman-owned businesses, or M/WBEs. It is a free certification with an online business directory. It is intended to help the City maximize their usage of M/WBEs in the area.

Does this local/state program offer reciprocal certifications with other local/state programs? The City of Peoria states that it accepts any previous M/WBE certifications from other jurisdictions or state agencies, so long as those certifications are not self-certifications. Application with ownership documents must still be made as normal.

Does this certification expire? The certification is valid for a period of two years.
