We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and supplier for, but not limited to; asphalt paving, striping and signage, drainage field system, septic tank/pumps, concrete reinforcing, metal building systems, carpentry, framing lumber, glulam beams, trusses, arch. casework, insulation, roofing, painting, joint seals, suspended acoustical ceilings, door and frames (hollow metal and wood), door hardware, aluminum windows, overhead coiling doors, cement plastering, ceramic tiling, flooring, toiler accessories and compartments, fire extinguishers and suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and communications.

This project consists of constructing a new 3,500SF office building with board room, 4,800SF shop building and approx. 1,620ft of 8-inch mainline and appurtenances.

The Good Faith contract includes WBE, MBE, WEBE, SBE, DBE, DVBE. SnL Group, Inc. is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.

'Buy America' provisions are applicable.

Please submit quotes with the DBE Participation form and work comp from the proposal documents.

Subcontractors and supplies can not self certify and must submit DBE Certification, from approved firm as stated within the specs, with your proposal/quote.

Wage requirements are prevailing wage rates for Shasta County, set forth by the State of California, Dept. of Industrial Relations at www.dir.ca.gove/DLSR/PWD. Each subcontractor must submit proof of current and active DIR Contractor Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of workers compensation insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal/quote, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
