We are seeking quotes for subcontractors and material supplier for, but not limited to; site work, grading, excavating, well house building, Concrete, masonry, HVAC and appurtenances, roof, building paint, water piping and appurtenances, electrical, irrigation, trenching, sheeting and shoring, and aggregate materials.

Project includes installing well pump, miscellaneous process piping and appurtenances, and approximately 300 feet of water main; reconnecting services; and constructing a new well building, complete

This project is looking for DBE's, including; Small Business (SBE), Minority and Women Owned (MBE, WEBE, WBE), Disabled Veterans (DVBE) and DBE. DBE subcontractors and supplies can no longer self-certify and must be certified at the time of bid opening. Proof of DBE Certification must be submitted with your proposal/quote.

Quotes and Proposals must be submitted with form 00450-1 Cert Regarding Debarment, Suspension, etc., and 00495-5 DBE Participation form, and 00495-7 DBE Performance Form (if applicable) from the proposal document.

Wage requirements are prevailing wage rates for Shasta County, set forth by the State of California, Dept. of Industrial Relations at
www.dir.ca.gove/DLSR/PWD. Each subcontractor must submit proof of current and active DIR Contractor Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of workers compensation insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal/quote, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
