Scopes of Work (but not limited to): Electrical, Decommissioning, Mechanical, Precast/Concrete Work, Instrumentation & Controls, Demolition, Plumbing/HVAC, Roofing, Paving, Piles/Caissons, Asbestos Abatement, Blasting, etc.

Project Description:
1. Demolition of Sludge Dewatering Building, Smokestack Retaining Wall, and Pipe Tunnel.
2. Demolition of all Mechanical Equipment Located in Sludge Dewatering Building (boiler, etc.).
3. Removal of Generator Fuel tank and Appurtenances and activation of temporary emergency generator system.
4. Demolition of Oxygen System (Cryogenic Units and all associated equipment) and activation of new temporary O2 system.
5. Tie in of new Electrical Service.
6. Construction of a Pump Station.
7. Construction of a Dumpster Building.
8. Construction of a Retaining Wall.
9. Construction of concrete pad to support a Backup Generator.
10. Construction of an Odor Control Unit and grating system
11. Installation of new manholes and ductile iron pipes, to divert the entire plant flow to the new Pump Station.
12. Demolition of Screenings Building (above ground shed) and modification of existing Screenings Building including construction of a new Parshall Flume and to divert flow from existing Screenings Building to a new manhole.
13. Decommissioning and cleaning of all pipes and process tanks no longer required for treatment as part of decommissioning of the entire existing treatment plant.
