Flowline Contractors, Incorporated is seeking quotes for Paving, Saw-Cutting, Striping, Trucking,
Staking/Survey, SWPPP prep/implementation, Type 2 Slurry, Water-Pipe/Parts Supplier and Select Material supplier. We are reaching out to all DBE businesses.
This project includes the installation of 1,782 linear feet of 8” water main in State Route 28 in
Kings Beach, CA, and installation of 431 linear feet of 8” water main in Pier Ave, an undeveloped
County Right of Way in Kings Beach, CA. The project also includes two new water main crossings
in State Route 28 as well as installation of water services, fire hydrants, and pavement restoration.

This is a Prevailing Wage Project and all Contractors/Sub-Contractors must have a valid Dir number and CSLB number to be eligible to work on this project.
