Brief Description of Work

Frontier Kemper/Tutor Perini/Hyundai is soliciting DBE and Non-DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Palisades Tunnel Project in North Bergen and Hoboken NJ. RFP GDC23-004 work consists of 5100’ of twin tunnels, cross passages, portal and shaft excavation, shoring, site work, access road, utility work, field offices, fencing, and noise barriers.
