The Project. The Project is generally described as:
Removal of existing finishes, access accommodations for material testing agency, shoring, replacement of tested material, and patching of finishes, including but not limited removal of existing finishes, three cleanings at each demolition location, soil excavation, access
accommodations for material testing agency, shoring, replacement of tested material, and patching of finishes, to meet the requirements of the Evaluation and Design Criteria Report in accordance with DSA IR EB-3 requirements).
The Estimated construction value of the work is $250,000.00

It is the intent of Wickman Development & Construction to reach to participation goal for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (“DVBE”)
Participation program of at least three (3%) for the project. This project has a Prevailing Wage requirement.
Wickman Development and Construction is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs, DVBEs
Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master
Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
