Bid Submittal: Sealed bids will be received electronically through ProcureWare by logging into your account at https://clarkpud.procureware.com (navigate to the Response tab, and upload your bid response) or sealed bids may be delivered to Clark Public Utilities, Purchasing Department, Ed Fischer Operations Center Building, 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662 (courier service or hand delivery only). There is no US Postal Service to this address.

The Small Works Roster Bid Form must be received by the Utility at the location noted above no later than 3:00 P.M., Pacific Time, on Thursday, September 14, 2023. The bids obtained will be recorded, open to public inspection, and results posted on our website at https://clarkpud.procureware.com by 9:00 AM the following business day.

Quotation responses will be limited to contractors who are currently on the Utility’s approved Small Works Roster contractors list. Contractor’s not currently registered may completed the registration process online at https://clarkpud.procureware.com and provide the required documents.

Bidders must submit bids on the Bid Form provided by the Owner, and in no other manner. Bids received after the date and hour stated above will not be accepted or considered.
