Scope of Work:
The work under this contract consists generally of replacement of existing bridge decks, bearings, bridge railings and amenities; repair of substructures; replacement of existing utilities for Verizon, PSE&G and Veolia; removal of asbestos-contaminated materials and lead-containing paint; maintenance and protection of traffic, and related work at Center Avenue and Lemoine Avenue Bridges and the vicinities thereof in Fort Lee, New Jersey and the George Washington Bridge and the vicinity thereof in New York and New Jersey.

Goals:
20% MBE, 10% WBE and 3% SDVOB

Duration: 1642 CD
Location: Fort Lee, New Jersey

Subcontractors/Service Providers/Vendors must comply with Code of Ethics for Port Authority Vendors

Any personnel in connection to the Contract requiring access to Port Authority Controlled Access Areas of an Authority facility only (non-Federally Regulated Areas), shall apply for background screening to be performed through the Authority's Personnel Assurance Program provider (currently administered by
the Secure Worker Access Consortium (SWAC)) and obtain SWAC ID cards for only those workmen, materialmen and any other personnel in connection with this Contract, who have access to any one of the construction site locations mentioned in the Contract Documents.
