The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
Demolish existing floating digester covers for existing Digesters 1 to 5, including associated gas piping and electrical work.
Install furnished five (5) dual membrane digester cover systems, and five (5) digester internal draft tube mixing systems for existing Digesters 1 to 5.
Construct stair towers with davit cranes for access to sludge mixers at existing Digesters No. 1 to 5.
Construct a new Waste Digester Gas Flare facility, install equipment for two (2) enclosed waste digester gas flares
Furnish and install the following equipment in existing Digester Control Building No. 1:Remove and replace four (4) Sludge Recirculation Pumps. Install three (3) Additional Sludge Recirculation Pumps. Remove and replace four (4) Sludge Heat Exchangers. Construct four (4) Digester Overflow Boxes. Remove and Replace two (2) Sludge Transfer Pumps including VFDs and Grinders. Install one (1) duplex sump pump system
Furnish and install the following equipment in Digester Control Building No. 2: Two (2) Sludge Recirculation Pumps. One (1) Sludge Heat Exchanger. One (1) Digester Overflow Box. One (1) Duplex sump pump system
Furnish and install two (2) hot water booster pumps in the existing Pump Building.
Replace the roofs at Digester Control Building No. 1 and No. 2.
Provide buried piping and electrical duct bank connections to the proposed Digester Gas Flare Facility and MCC Enclosure.
Provide sidewalks, pavement and drainage improvements for the proposed facilities.
Construct a new MCC Enclosure and provide all associated electrical work required to power the new equipment.
Provide associated process control, instrumentation and lighting systems for the new equipment and facilities.

The Bidder will be required to quote in compliance with all project plans and specifications. Non-Disclosure Agreements are provided when applicable. Addenda is posted and notification is sent to all invited bidders.

Insurance Requirements
Upon award, Subcontractors must provide insurance in accordance with our subcontract agreement. A copy of the subcontractor agreement can be found in Smartbid Project Plan Room.

Bonding Requirements
For subcontracts the Bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds equal to the full subcontract price. For Material Contracts, the bidder shall furnish Supply Bonds in amount equal to full Material Contract price. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Jett Construction Co.
Please provide current bond rate with Quote/Proposal or advise if you are unable to bond so that we my address this issue.
