Description of Work (including but not limited to):
Demolition of building components at the head houses at platform level that
includes the aluminum and glass doors; glass block walls; concrete base
wall around the perimeter of head house and portions of the concrete
platform, portions of interior glazed block; pipe rail door bumpers; linear
metal ceiling and light fixtures; removal and installation of security
equipment.
The new construction of the building components includes: structural
repairs around the perimeter of the head house; concrete wall base; install of
of steel channel supports to stabilize the platform; new interior glazed block,
structural silicone glazed curtains wall system, aluminum framed entry
doors and door hardware; metal ceiling system, lighting fixtures, fluid
applied epoxy flooring and new paint finishes.
