Project (Including but not limited to):Construction of 2-story steel framed substation building, including switchgear, heavy-duty traction power transformers, medium voltage and traction power cables, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system, Synchronous Optical Network equipment and security and access controls, construction of a bulkhead for tunnel emergency evacuation shaft and an underground utility connection to existing PATH tunnels and subsurface utilities. Furnishing, installing, and commissioning electrical and mechanical equipment, compressor plant for pneumatic air system and fire protection systems. Furnishing and installing stand-by generators, switch-over from existing Substation No. 2. Site work includes grading, landscaping, access roads, curbs, walkways, perimeter fencing, drainage, MPT at Washington St, Greene St, and Second St.

Subcontractors- Asbestos abatement, Cassion, Concrete, CPM sch, Drilling, Electrical, Fence, Fire protect & surpress, Glass, Geo tech & monitor, Paint & lead abate, Asphalt Photo, Driven pile, Qc & lab test , Trucking & Disposal, Shotcrete SOE scant & Waterproofing.
