ECC is looking for qualified contractors for new Network Operation Centers for the Grossmont Union High School District. This includes supplying materials, equipment, and labor services for the following trades:
Earthwork, conc rebar, drywall, insulation, painting, acoustical ceiling, electrical, masonry, sheet metal, structural steel, surveying, underground utilities, paving, plumbing, fire protection, roofing, HVAC, etc.

This is a California Prevailing Wage project - All MEP trades must be pre-qualified with the Grossmont Union High School District.

Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
