Scope of Work: Building A Modernization including but not limited to classroom improvements for parity, new MEP, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage Infrastructure, new windows, roof replacement on the elevator machine room, replacement of sanitary sewer lateral. Building B Modernization includes new exterior paint, new interior acoustic boards, refresh of cubbies and window shades. Site work on yards 1, 3, 4 and Verdun Way all.

It is the intent of Wickman Development and Construction to reach out to San Francisco Local Firms, DBE/DVBE/SBE/SLBE/LBE/MBE/WBE firms and suppliers and provide them with an equal opportunity to bid this project in accordance with the goals established and then to fairly review and choose to include complete and timely submitted bids in our bid to the Owner based on cost.

This project includes a 3% DVBE participation goal, and we encourage DVBE-certified firms to participate.

This project is subject to Project Labor Agreement(PLA).

Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
