The Central Midlands Council of Governments seeks to employ a firm with experience in developing alternative analyses. The purpose of an alternative analysis is to address safety, access management, and to assess project options to address transportation needs while avoiding and minimizing impacts to the surrounding resources. Interested teams must have produced two or more similar traffic studies in the last five years and personnel assigned to the project shall have direct experience conducting an alternative analysis.
