Description of Project: The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 10,868 ft (2.06 miles) of defective sewer mains; 439 LF (0.08 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and seventy-three (73) manholes located in Broad Creek Basin, Prince George's County, Maryland
Project Details: We are Seeking quotes for but not limited to; Replace Sanitary Sewer Pipe 8" at 12'-20' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 12'-20' Depth, 8" Diameter pipe Sewer External Point Repair at 0'-12' Depth, 8" Diameter pipe Sewer External Point Repair at 12'-20' Depth, 8" Diameter Sewer Pipe Bursting, Furnish and Install Inside Mainline Drop Connection, Removal of Existing Manhole & Replace with Standard Manhole 4' inside dia. with F&C, <10' Depth, Removal of Existing Manhole & Replace with Standard MH 4', >10' Depth, Locate Existing Buried Manhole - In Paved Area, Reset/Set Manhole Frame and Cover, Furnish New 24"-36" Manhole Frame and Cover, Manhole Grade Ring Adjustment, Chemical Grouting Sealing, Chimney Seal, Cementitious Reconstruction for 4' Inside Diameter Manhole, Spray-on Epoxy Liner for 4' Inside Diameter Manhole, 8" Diameter Sewer - Heavy Cleaning with Video Inspection, 10" Diameter Sewer - Heavy Cleaning with Video Inspection, Maryland State Highway Roads Restoration, Prince George's County Roads Restoration, 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 6" Concrete Driveway, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Ornamental Shrub Replacement (up to 36"), Street - Trees, Sod Grassing, Pruning (Trimming), Tree Removal (greater than 4" DBH), Gravel- Trench Backfill, Borrow Material- Trench Backfill (Replacement of unsuitable material), GAB: Graded Aggregate Base, Tree Trunk Protection (per tree), Additional Cost for Traffic Control for State and Arterial Roads, Brace Pepco Poles.
