The Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) in coordination and cooperation with its member governments, Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission, and the South Carolina Department of Transportation will perform the Lower Saluda Pedestrian Bridge Feasibility Study. CMCOG is seeking proposals for professional services for a feasibility study for an overpass pedestrian bridge that will span across North Lake Drive (SC 6), a multi-lane roadway and connect the Lower Saluda Greenway to the Johnny Jeffcoat Walkway. The study will provide an assessment of the need and best locations for a pedestrian bridge.
