Bids Due: August 19, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. to bidroom@midstateconstruction.com

Trades needed including but not limited to: Grading, Paving, Utilities, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Scaffolding, Demo, Concrete, Structural & Misc. Steel, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Casework & Countertops, Windows, Storefronts & Glazing, Insulation, Roofing, Flashing & Sheet Metal, Doors & Hardware, Flooring, Painting, Signage, etc.

This project will be subject to state prevailing wages. MBE, WBE, DVBE, and any other DBE contractors and suppliers are encouraged to bid.
