Summary of Work:

The purpose of the project is construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) at Parkway Maintenance
District 7 (PMD-7) at Milepost 156.0 in Clifton, New Jersey and at Parkway Maintenance District 8 (PMD-8) at
Milepost 164.1 in Paramus, New Jersey. The project also includes demolition of the existing materials storage
buildings on site. All work must be staged to maintain PMD 7 and PMD 8 operations.
