This project is for the construction of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) and all associated site work. We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including, but not limited to the following items: saw cutting, excavation, grading, underground utilities, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, ADA striping, signage, fencing/gates, PEMB supply and install, metal roofing, doors and windows, exterior metal paneling, drywall, interior finishes, suspended acoustical ceiling, casework, insulation, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors must be registered with DIR prior to bidding.
