This project is for the construction of a new steel framed agriculture building and all associated site work. We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including, but not limited to the following items: site demolition, saw cutting, excavation, grading, engineered fill, underground utilities, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, ADA striping, signage, fencing, structural steel erection, roofing, doors and windows, CMU, exterior metal paneling, light gauge metal stud framing, drywall, interior finishes, insulation, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors must be registered with DIR prior to bidding. All subcontractors are required to carry a minimum of $1M GL insurance.
