We are looking for demo, asphalt, steel, and electrical contractors. The general scope of work is site demo, new asphalt paving, new steel posts, and new electrical for one marquee sign at Le Grand HS. This bid requires DVBE efforts.

All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All Subcontractors with a Bid greater than $100,000.00 will be required to provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond if awarded a subcontract by VCSI. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, VCSI's sample certificate of insurance with VCSI and Le Grand Union High School District listed as additional insured.
