This Caltrans project will design and construct a suicide deterrent, bridge bay enclosures, and CCTV monitoring cameras in accordance with the selected alternative and parameters included in the Final Environmental Document (FED) and Project Reports. The project is in the cities of San Diego and Coronado and County of San Diego.
Kiewit is requesting quotes for various scopes including but not limited to: CAD Support, CCTV Design, CCTV System Integration, Commercial Photography, Document Control, Ornithologist, Permits, Reprographics, and Scheduling.

Qualified firms that respond will receive an “Invitation to Bid” (project information, plans, specs and bid instructions) via Kiewit’s electronic use of the BuildingConnected platform. This project has a Progressive Design Build delivery model and disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) goal.
To facilitate small business participation, Kiewit will divide scopes of work into economically feasible units where possible. We will assist firms with meeting delivery schedules and provide bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, and supplies/materials related information.
