Project Details

Brown and Caldwell is seeking qualified, certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) subconsultants to provide Asset Management and Corrosion Engineering services on a task order/as-needed basis. These services are expected to support the following project types: (1) Wastewater treatment (new construction and rehabilitation), (2) Water and sewer main distribution or transmission improvements/replacement of pipelines (recycled), (3) Water well/booster pump stations, and (4) Preparation of grading improvement plans (mass, rough and precise).


Interested DBEs (certified Minority and/or Woman Business Enterprises) shall have valid certification certified by an entity from which EPA accepts certifications as described in 40 CFR 33.204-33.2015 or certified by EPA. EPA accepts certifications from entities that meet or exceed EPA certification standards as described in 40 CFR 33.202. Acceptable certifying agencies include the Caltrans/CUCP/USDOT, SBA, EPA, or a similar EPA-accepted certifying agency.
