We are looking for grading, concrete, paving and asphalt, underground utilities, electrical, and fire alarm contractors. The general scope of work is rough grading, new concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, new utility tie-ins at new portables for water, sewer, power & data, new fire alarm in new portables. This bid requires DVBE efforts.

All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All Subcontractors with a Bid greater than $100,000.00 will be required to provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond if awarded a subcontract by VCSI. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, VCSI's sample certificate of insurance with VCSI and Oakdale Joint Unified School District listed as additional insured.
