NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FLINT, the selected Lease-Leaseback Entity, will receive bids for the ELOP Project, located at (6) EGUSD Elementary School Sites. All bids shall be submitted via Building Connected. A link to Building Connected can be found at https://flintbuilders.com/bidding/.

Relocate (6) different relocatable buildings from the Old Franklin Elementary School to the sites indicated in the Advertisement for Bidders. Portables will be ready for relocation by the time phase 2 begins. Site utilities, minor site demo and improvements will be part of the phase 2 scope. The relocatable buildings will require select new finishes, MEP, and paint.
