CEI intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project. CEI may require 100% performance and payment bonds for the full amount of subcontract price. CEI will assist with bonding costs for subcontractors. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR#, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting CEI's requirements and will be required to sign the standard CEI Subcontract Agreement. Any Standard "Terms and Conditions" listed in the Subcontractor proposal will be deemed voided. Any project specific exclusions or exclusions shall be clearly identified as such and separated on the sub contractor proposal. A copy of the insurance requirements and subcontract agreement are available upon request. Subcontractors must also be registered with dept. of industrial services with a current valid DIR# number.
