This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The Work of this Contract includes the rehabilitation and modification of twenty street level egress stairs across eleven stations in the boroughs of Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens to mitigate or prevent the ingress of stormwater run-off into each station. The work includes construction of new raised concrete landing pads at sidewalk level, and reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, pedestrian ramps, stair treads, handrails, guardrails, signs, walls, and light fixtures.


Project scope is inclusive of: CPM Scheduling, concrete supply, rebar supply and installation, furnish & install miscellaneous metals, painting, electrical, tile work, and stone work.

SDVOB: 6%
