As part of this multi-year as-needed CM/CI contract, MNS Engineers, Inc. is soliciting interest from firms that can provide a range of services. The scope of services we are seeking includes, 1) specialty inspection, 2) materials testing, 3) scheduling, and 4) construction safety inspection (includes review of contractor’s project safety documents).

Please provide your firm's statement of qualifications. The SOQ should include information on your firm background and location, relevant wastewater experience, and qualified team members. Firm's must be currently certified as a DBE, MBE, or WBE. The EBMUD opening date is April 19, 2024 (as noted in the bid date information; however, we will need your qualifications submitted to MNS for review by 5pm, Monday, April 15, 2024.
