(“WML”) seeks quotes from certified DBE Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, and Trucking Companies for (but not limited to) the following trade categories: Rebar, Concrete, Misc Metals, Painting/Coatings, Pipe/Appurtenances, Electrical/Instrumentation, and Asphalt Paving. Other subcontract trades and suppliers are encouraged to contact us for opportunities.

Non-DBE Subs/Suppliers: You are encouraged to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier DBE goal participation with your quote as this participation will be evaluated with your price.
NOTE: Contractor License Number, DIR Registration Number and DBE Certification must be included with any quote submission. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage meeting project specifications (i.e., generally, at a minimum, worker’s compensation, general liability and auto insurance including waiver’s of subrogation for each such policy), and registration with the Dept. of Industrial Relations (“DIR”). Subcontractor furnished Payment and Performance Bonds may be required based upon WML’s sub-bonding policies. Bidders are subject to the terms and conditions of WML’s prime contract with the owner and WML’s subcontract and safety documents, which are available upon request. Please note that all California public works projects are prevailing wage projects and that WML is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers, and Operating Engineers Unions.
