Ford Construction Company, Inc. is requesting quotes form all qualified DBE subcontractors, service providers, material suppliers, and trucking firms for the items of work including, but not limited to: NATURAL RESOURCE PROTECTION PLAN, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ROADWAY, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN, WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLAN, TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL, TEMPORARY CREEK DIVERSION SYSTEM, SCOUR CHAIN AND SLIDING BEAD MONITOR, MAGNETIC SLIDING COLLAR SCOUR MONITOR, ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION FABRIC or any other item of work, service, or material on this project that your firm is qualified to perform or furnish. Items of work may be broken down into economically feasible packages to encourage and facilitate participation. Ford is a union contractor, signatory to the Laborers and Operating Engineers unions. Ford will require all subcontractors to have insurance coverage meeting the contract requirements. Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Ford will reimburse subcontractors for the cost of bond premiums. Please contact Ford if your firm has any questions.
