We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and supplies for the Green ES Modernization - Abatement project, with a scope of work for asbestos and lead abatement of school buildings. The District has a goal of 3% DVBE usage.

Possible subcontractor and supplier trades include: hazardous material hauling, bin rentals, PPE suppliers, equipment rental.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers that may have a scope of work to submit a proposal.

The Project is subject to a Project Stabilization Agreement and Prevailing Wages.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
