We are requesting bids for the following trades:
• Selective demolition including hazardous materials and abatement.
• Cement plaster.
• Sheet metal flashing.
• Roof accessories.
• Scaffolding.
The project is generally described as: Wall repair coating on the exterior walls of the Auditorium Building at Lowell High School. This work involves the following:
• Repair of exterior wall cracks and spalls.
• Elastomeric coating system on exterior wall surfaces.
• Sealant work at existing roof flashing, expansion joints, louvers, and scuppers.
• Security doors on existing roof access ladders.
• Abatement of hazardous materials.

Construction schedule: To begin in June 2024
