E.E. Gilbert Construction is requesting bids from certified DBE, SBE, MBE, WBE, and LSAF Subcontractors and suppliers for traffic control, trucking, drilling, midwest guardrail system, steel soldier piles, precast concrete lagging, striping, and jute mesh with hydroseeding.

The proposed repair to the slide is construction of an approximately 160-foot-long soldier pile wall. Work includes roadway demolition, asphalt and road base replacement soil stabilization, culvert replacement, and guardrail installation as shown on the plans. The Project shall include but not be limited to all labor and materials for the following safety enhancement components for Napa County.

Any subcontractor performing work on the job is required to be registered with the Dept. of Industrial Relations. Please take into account when quoting the project: Prevailing Wage Rates, Certified Payroll, and Insurance Requirements.
