We are seeking quotes from SBE, DBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for a demolition project in Oroville, CA. Possible vendors/trades/subcontractors needed: trucking, erosion control, grubbing, utility capping, and equipment rental. However, all MBE, DBE, WBE. and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to submit a proposal.

The HACB’s goal is the award of at least 5%MBE, 3%WBE, DBE 5% and 3% DVBE of the total contract price.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
