D-Line is soliciting quotations from MBEs, WBEs, DVBEs, SBEs, LBEs, and OBEs, certified by one of the following agencies: Caltrans, City of Oakland, Port of Oakland, Regional Transit Coordinating Council, San Francisco Human Rights Commission, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Commission, or U.S. Small Business Administration. We are in search of Certified Subcontractors / Suppliers for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to:

ESA Boundary Tape, Construction Area signs, Traffic Control, Message Signs, Preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Rain Action Plan, Storm Water Sampling and Analysis, Storm Water Annual Report, Clearing and Grubbing, Channel Excavation, Hydroseed, and Trucking.

Plans and specifications may be sent from D-Line Constructors, Inc. to your company by emailing the request to bids@dlineconstructors.com. Plans and specifications can be obtained via the Contra Costa County Public Works Department’s Online Planroom at www.cccounty.us/pwprojects. A non-refundable service charge for bid documents is required in the amount of $100.00 (sales tax included). Shipping charges are extra, depending on the delivery method. The Public Works Department does not guarantee the arrival of the plans and specifications in time for bidding. You may obtain electronic PDF copies of the plans and specifications upon purchase of the bid package through the Online Planroom for no additional service charge.
