1. New EPDM Roof over a new precast concrete roof deck.
2. Ductile Iron Sewer Piping, Fittings, and Process Valves
3. Process Piping, Fittings, and Valves Installation
4. Asphalt Paving approx 5000 SF of 3.5" base and 1.5" Top
5. Field Office rental and sanitary facilities
6. Spreading and grading topsoil and various site improvements
7. Concrete cutting and coring
8. Metal Fabrications & Handrail
