Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.
The project consists of the following:
Modernization of Building 14 in the middle of the campus. The primary work of this contract is that it is being converted into a Science Building where previously it contained science and other types of classrooms. Updates for Accessibility, Fire & Life Safety, and Structural Safety, as well as energy and "green provisions" are included. Seismic upgrade to the overall building.
Pre-Qualification is required for MEP Trades.
State Prevailing Wages shall apply.
Sub Bonds will be required for subcontractors over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
