Survey; WPCP; QSP; Temp Erosion Control; QC Testing and Inspections; Striping, Striping Removal, Signs, and Wheel Stops: Reinforced Concrete; Rebar; CIDH; Structural Steel Carports; Painting; Solar Carport System; Electric Vehicle Charging Stations; Site Lighting; Site Electrical; Awnings; Aluminum Access Ramps; AC Grinding; Landscaping; CL Fence; and Trucking of Materials.
Supply Aggregates and HMA; Fabric and Mulch; Wattles and Silt Fence; TC Plans; Trench Drain; Concrete; Storm Drain, Sewer, and Water Pipe & Fittings.

This project is subject to Buy America Requirements per SP S10.02. Materials must comply with 49 U.S.C. 5323(j) and 49 CFR Part 661.
SBE subcontractors and suppliers shall provide an SBE Certification and Attachment O -SBE Affidavit of Size to our office 1 day prior to bid date. SBE & DBE subcontractors and suppliers shall also provide a Confirmation of Participation Form with their bid. Both forms must be submitted with our bid.
Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc. is a union signatory company. Performance and payment bonds may be required. Maggiora & Ghilotti will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must be registered with DIR and have a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting project requirements.
