We are seeking CBE/MBE/DBE/DVBE/WBE/SBE subcontractor and supplier quotes for an on-call emergency debris/tree removal/road clearance contract with the County of Los Angeles. Possible subcontractors needed: trucking, labor, operators, operated equipment, fencing, barricades, arborist, tree removal, etc. Possible suppliers would include: equipment rental, material supplies, PPE suppliers, etc.

The County participates in a CBE (Community Business Enterprise) program and we encourage all CBEs to submit quotes, even for work we may self-perform. Additionally, participation from MBE/DBE/DVBE/WBE/SBE contractors is strongly encouraged.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from subcontractors providing services in excess of $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
