Ragnar Benson, LLC is seeking proposals for Caltrans Contract No. 05-1C9504. The Project includes construction on state highway 101 in Santa Barbara Co. about 8 miles west of Goleta from 0.6 mile east of Refugio Road undercrossing to 0.4 mile west of Refugio Road undercrossing.

Project Description: Work items include, but are not limited to the following: Clearing, Pruning, Landscape, Seeding, Erosion Control, Fence, Rail, Rebar, Guardrail, Lighting, Traffic Control, Survey, Pavement Marking, Signage, Asphalt Paving, Asphalt Curb, Asphalt Milling, Bridge Demo, Flatwork, Piling, Bridge Deck Grooving, Prestressing Cast-in-Place Concrete, Rumble Strip Grooving, Temporary Barrier Wall & Attenuators, Permanent Impact Attenuators, Storm Drainage, Stain Galvanized Surfaces, Stream Relocation/ Mitigation, Fish Passage Survey, Bat/Bird Exclusion Devices, Water Quality Sampling/ Analysis/ Reporting, Storm Water Sampling/ Analysis, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Street Sweeping, and Lead Compliance Plan

Proposals Are Requested on Tuesday, January 30th 2024 by 2:00 PM (PST). Proposal submittal is needed at least 24 hours prior to our bid submittal to Caltrans on Thursday, February 1st 2024 to allow for final bid preparation.

Contractor License: A valid California Contractor License is required to bid this project. Please list your contractor license number on your proposal along with your Public Works Contractor Registration Number.

Bond: Please include a separate cost on your proposal for the total value or rate for providing a Payment and Performance Bond.
