Work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing of all labor, materials & equipment for completion of bridge replacement excavation, bridge removal, temporary water diversion systems, box culvert work, two-span, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete slab supported on spread footings, roadway construction shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed required for this project. All items are available to bid on including, but not limited to items Myers & Sons would self-perform: TRAFFIC CONTROL, TRUCKING,SWEEPING, ALL MATERIALS, TESTING, STRIPING, JOINT SEALS, GRINDING, AC PAVING, FENCING, REBAR.

Requirements: 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance meeting Myers & Sons Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign the standard Myers & Sons Construction, LLC Subcontract Agreement.
