Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.

The project consists of the following:

Base Bid A: Science Modernization at Buildings H & I along with related site development.
Base Bid B: Cafeteria HVAC Replacements at Building A
Base Bid C: Library Modernization at Building L
Add Alternate 1: Re-Roof of Cafeteria Building A

State Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Pre-Qualification is required for MEP Trades.
Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6, subsections (b) through (m), all general contractors and mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontracts in license classifications A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46 who intend to bid on the project must be pre-qualified.

Sub Bonds will be required for subcontractors over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.

Skilled-and-Trained Workforce requirements shall apply.
