Project Details

This project consists of demolishing existing concrete and asphalt, installing new storm drain pipe and structures, constructing new curb and gutter, medians, curb ramps, sidewalk, bus islands and bus pads, median concrete, new pavement structural section, slurry seal, HAWK system, new luminaries, new light fixtures, pavement delineation, and roadside signs.

We are seeking quotes from vendors and subcontractors for the following: surveying, traffic control, electrical, potholing, storm-water pollution prevention services, storm drain contractors, slurry seal, tree removal, saw-cutting, signage & striping, trucking, asphalt/base rock/concrete/lumber suppliers, dumping of dirt/concrete/asphalt.

This project has a DBE goal of 21%.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
