The Project consists of:
Demolition and replacement of existing deck, pool, underground
utilities, mechanical equipment, and construction of new mechanical
equipment building.

The District has entered into a Project Labor Agreement that is applicable to this
Project. A copy of the Project Labor Agreement may be downloaded from the
District’s website, using the [“Facilities Projects and
Information”] link. The successful bidder and all subcontractors will be required to
agree to be bound by the Project Labor Agreement.
