The removal and replacement of 6 metal access doors. Dry rot and stucco repairs in various locations throughout the property. The addition of MERV 13 ventilation systems in the residential units. Hearing and visual upgrades in one unit. Modifications to the community building, including removal of flooring, replacement of cabinetry and countertops, new appliances, and repainting.
