The work to be performed consists of installation of approximately 9,400 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 130 water services, 16 fire hydrants, 9 water main tie-ins, replacement of approximately 1,860 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main in place between existing manholes, reconnection of 10 sanitary sewer laterals, and performance of traffic and erosion control, abandonment of existin water and sewer facilities, site restoration, and asphalt concrete paving. Work is anticipated to occur in 2024. Vinciguerra Construction is seeking quotes for all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE, UDBE, WBE, MBE, SBE Firms for the following items of work included but not limited to: Erosion Control/Revegetation Materials furnish & placement, SWPPP, Dewatering, Waterworks Supplies & Appurtenances (Water Main Piping, Pipe Fitting’s, Gate Valves, Valve Boxes, Fire Hydrants, and Water Service Valves), Sheeting, Shoring, & Bracing, Precast Specialties, Surveying, Sanitary Sewer Piping, Bypass Pumping, Traffic Control, Construction Area Signs, Excavation/Earth Work, Sawcutting, Asphalt Milling, Asphalt Concrete; furnish & placement, Aggregate Base; furnish & placement, Import Soil; furnish & Placement, Concrete; furnish & placement, Pavement Striping, and Trucking. Our firm will consider dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into smaller tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation by DBE's in the competitive process. Our company will also consider consortium of DBE's should a contract be too large for firms to handle individually.
